Our team consists of dedicated specialists with requisite professional qualifications and experience in tax, law, accounting and finance in both the public and private sector.

Our complaints management service seeks to ensure taxpayers and their representatives are treated with respect, care and support as we independently investigate their matters, particularly the more vulnerable including individuals and small business taxpayers.

We maintain strong relationships with Government agencies, both at the State and Federal levels as well as internationally. We have strong ties to the private sector, including through industry and professional associations across Australia.

Our experience allows us to help you to address your concerns and improve the administration of the tax system for the benefit of all taxpayers.

 

What our team says about us

The Australian Public Service Commission conducted the annual employee census in May 2021.

The employee census collects information on important workforce issues such as job satisfaction, engagement, wellbeing, innovation, leadership, performance management and risk management. It captures a snapshot of employee sentiment.

The Census data compares the IGTO to:
