On 24 September 2021, the IGTO provided feedback and commentary to Standards Australia in response to its current consultation to update AS 10002 – Guidelines for Complaint Management in Organisations.

On 26 February 2021, the IGTO lodged a submission to the Attorney-General’s Department’s (AGD) Commonwealth Integrity Commission consultation draft. The submission follows two workshops the IGTO had with the AGD team. This submission is presented in two parts – the main body of the submission and annexure A.
